HOTEL ARKADIA*** – RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. If a guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, they should notify the reception by 10:00 a.m. on the day their stay is due to end.

2. The hotel will grant requests to extend a stay subject to availability.

3. Check-in requires presentation of a valid photo ID and signing the registration card.

4. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard.

5. In case of any concerns regarding service quality, guests are kindly asked to report them immediately to the reception to enable staff to improve service standards.

6. The hotel is obliged to ensure:
  • conditions for full and unrestricted guest rest,
  • guest safety during their stay,
  • professional and courteous service,
  • room cleaning and necessary repairs during the guest’s absence.

7. Upon guest request, the hotel provides the following free services:
  • information related to the stay and travel,
  • storage of money and valuables in the hotel safe during the stay,
  • storage of luggage for registered guests.

8. The guest should report any damage to the reception immediately upon discovery.

9. The hotel’s liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if such items are not deposited in the reception safe.

10. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage to hotel property or equipment caused by them or by visitors invited by them. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for any damage discovered after departure.

11. In the event of a breach of these regulations, the hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the offending person. Such a person is required to immediately comply with hotel demands, settle any outstanding payments, cover any damage, and leave the hotel premises.

12. For safety reasons, guests are required to switch off the TV, turn off lights, close taps, and ensure the room door is properly locked whenever leaving the room.

13. Guests are not allowed to hand over their room to third parties, even if the stay has been paid for.

14. Visitors not registered at the hotel may stay in the guest’s room only between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

15. Children under the age of 12 must be under the constant supervision of a parent or legal guardian while on hotel premises. Guardians bear full material responsibility for any damage caused by children.

16. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

17. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use in-room appliances such as immersion heaters, electric irons, or any other devices not provided by the hotel.

18. The hotel may refuse accommodation to a guest who, during a previous stay, seriously violated the hotel rules, causing damage to property or persons, or disturbed the peace and functioning of the hotel.

19. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and its immediate surroundings except in designated smoking areas.

20. Guests may not store dangerous items in hotel rooms, including weapons, ammunition, flammable materials, explosives, or pyrotechnics.

21. Solicitation and door-to-door sales are strictly forbidden on hotel premises. Excessive noise, unpleasant odors, or any behavior that disturbs, harms, or irritates other guests is also prohibited.

22. Guests are not permitted to make any permanent changes to hotel rooms or their furnishings, except for minor rearrangements that do not affect the function or safety of the equipment.

Check-in/Check-out
From Monday to Friday, check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. On weekends, check-out is extended until 12:00 PM. Requests to extend your stay should be made at the Reception. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

Additional Amenities
If you need any additional room items (bed-making, linen change, extra blankets, lamps, toiletries, towels, pillows, etc.), please contact Reception, tel. 100.

Extra Bed
Extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges apply. Please contact Reception, tel. 100.

Children
Children under the age of 5 staying with a guardian stay free of charge if they share the bed or use a baby cot. Extra beds are available at an additional charge.

230V sockets in rooms and bathrooms.
Adapters and phone chargers are available at Reception.

Photocopying

Available 24 hours at the Reception. Extra charges apply.

Free wireless internet is available in rooms, the Lobby, the Restaurant, and the Conference Room.

Ironing
Ironing service is available daily at an additional cost.
Irons and ironing boards can be borrowed from Reception 24 hours a day free of charge.

Open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Menu available in the hotel folder.

Room Service

Conference room for 60 guests, equipped with sound system and multimedia devices.

Sauna & Jacuzzi
Temporarily out of service due to epidemic situation.
When available, open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM by prior reservation. To book the mini spa, please contact Reception, tel. 100.

Hotel Safe
Please use the in-room safe or the safe at the Reception.
The hotel’s liability for lost or damaged valuables, money, jewelry, securities, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited unless deposited in the hotel safe.

Located on the upper floor. Open to all guests.

Breakfast
Included in the room rate. Served Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, weekends and holidays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the Restaurant. For early departures, please inform the Reception the evening before to receive a breakfast package.

TV
A list of available channels can be found in the folder. Our TVs operate via IPTV, allowing internet browsing and use of available apps.

Courier Services
Courier services can be arranged at the Reception after cost confirmation.

Repairs
If any issues arise in your room (e.g., burnt-out light bulb, malfunctioning TV), please contact Reception.

Messages & Mail
Messages and mail will be delivered to your room immediately upon receipt.

Lobby Room
Located on the upper floor and open to all guests.

Emergency Exit
In case of emergency, evacuate via one of the two staircases. The evacuation route is marked with signs. An evacuation plan is available in the folder.

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and hotel areas. A fine of 400 PLN applies for non-compliance.

Door Locks
Rooms are equipped with magnetic card locks. Please ensure the door is properly closed when leaving the room.

Pets
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 50 PLN per day. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

FIRE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR GUESTS STAYING ON THE PREMISES

In the event of noticing smoke or fire, please:
• Immediately inform the Reception about the type and location of the threat, providing your room number.
• Activate the fire alarm system.
• Strictly follow the instructions of the hotel staff and firefighters, if present on site.
• The staff is trained in fire safety and will assist you.
• The evacuation route is marked with pictograms.
• Evacuation should be carried out only via staircases.
